Diagnosis, treatment and follow up of the childhood age brain diseases are carried out in our polyclinic. The issues related with our department are; epilepsy diseases, black outs, seizures, headaches, mental retardation, developmental disorders, muscle diseases and cerebral palsy (CP).
Definite diagnosis and follow up of Epilepsy disease is not always easy and sleeps activated video EEG monitoring is performed in our hospitals for the diagnosis work.
Detailed tests (Brain MRI, MRI spect) are performed for those patients who have developmental retardation in our hospitals.
