Başkent University Newborn Unit is the unit for all the diseases of preterm and term babies in a technologically developed environment, human and family-orianted, providing developmental care diagnosis and treatment services. In our newborn intensive care unit, physicians and nurses trained specifically in the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill newborn babies. During pregnancy and birth, the babies are evaluated by the perinatology team. After the hospital discharge, the follow up of the babies’ growth, nutrition and development are performed in our newborn polyclinics.
